Mishra’s Art Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the website (https://mishrasartstudio.com/) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These terms are designed to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon the conditions that protect our services and outline expectations for delivery.
1. General
We strive to maintain accurate inventory on our website; however, from time to time, discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable at the time of purchase, we will fulfill the available items and contact you to decide whether you’d prefer to wait for restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable item.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and destination. Payment for shipping will be collected with the order.
This amount will be the final shipping cost charged to the customer.
3. Returns
3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
Mishra’s Art Studio will accept returns due to change of mind if a return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued as store credit only.
We do not refund original shipping charges.
3.2 Warranty Returns
We honor valid warranty claims submitted within 30 days of receiving the product.
Customers must prepay return shipping (we will reimburse it upon successful claim).
Warranty claims are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.
Upon approval, you may choose from:
(a) Refund to your original payment method
(b) Store credit
(c) Replacement item (if stock is available)
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Transit Time
Domestic orders are typically delivered in 3 – 7 business days.
4.2 International Transit Time
International shipments may take 7 – 21 business days, depending on the courier and destination.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Our studio operates Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
Changes to the delivery address can be made any time before dispatch.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. boxes using standard postal services only.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using available postal services.
4.7 Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund that portion of the order and ship the rest.
4.8 Delayed Delivery
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact us for support and tracking assistance.
5. Tracking Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your package’s journey via the shipping provider.
6. Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you weren’t present at delivery, contact us as soon as possible with photos and details.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax is included in the product price listed on our website.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
International customers may be liable for import duties upon package arrival. Mishra’s Art Studio is not responsible for these additional charges.
If duties/taxes are refused, and the package is returned to us, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to the return section above.
9. Insurance
We insure packages up to the value provided by the courier.
9.1 Damaged Parcel
We will refund or replace your order once the courier’s damage claim investigation is complete.
9.2 Lost Parcel
We will refund or replace your order once the courier has confirmed the parcel is lost.
