Welcome to Mishra’s Art Studio! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products such as Lippan art, Mandala art, Resin art, and Handmade Paintings.

 

By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

 

1. Products

All our products are handmade and may vary slightly from the images shown. Each piece is unique and may contain natural imperfections due to the nature of handcrafted art.

 

2. Orders

• Orders can be placed directly through our website.
• Customizations may be available upon request.
• Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.
• Payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order via accepted payment methods (e.g., UPI, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Cash on Delivery (COD)).
• Taxes and shipping fees may apply as applicable.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Products are shipped within 3-5  business days of order confirmation.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location.
• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer returns unless the product is damaged in transit.
• Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with Opening video of the order proof.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including artwork, images, text, and design, is the intellectual property of Mayuri Mishra and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
