Refund & Returns Policy

No Returns | No Exchange | No Cancellations

At Mishra’s Art Studio, we follow a strict no returns, no exchange, and no cancellation policy for all orders placed through our website or other sales channels.

We provide detailed descriptions, dimensions, and images for every product to help you make an informed purchase decision. Since most of our creations are handmade, customized, or made-to-order, returns or exchanges are not accepted once an order is confirmed.

1. Quality Check & Damages

Each product is carefully hand-inspected by our team before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, in rare cases where:

  • You receive a damaged product,
  • There is a manufacturing defect, or
  • An item is missing from your order,

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

To raise a complaint:

  • Send a WhatsApp message to +91 8208325353 or
  • Email us at info@mishrasart.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Important:
To be eligible for any refund or replacement, a full unboxing video is mandatory, starting from the unopened package and clearly showing the issue.

2. Refund or Replacement Process

Once we verify the unboxing video and your claim, we will respond within 2–5 business days with the next steps. If your claim is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A partial or full refund (only if applicable and not for customized items)

Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-replaceable.

3. Delivery Disputes

If your order status shows “delivered” but you have not received it, you must contact us within 24 hours from the delivery status update.

Send a message with the subject “Wrong Delivery Status” via:

Delay beyond 24 hours will make the order ineligible for any support or refund.

4. Refund Timeline

If a refund is issued:

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for it to reflect in your bank or payment method.
  • If not received, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.
